1. Overview of Service

TeachRelief Coach provides parents with a personalised AI-powered tutoring assistant for their child. The service includes:

  • ✅ Initial onboarding setup based on student profile

  • ✅ Access to a custom GPT-based assistant via OpenAI’s ChatGPT Plus platform

  • ✅ One monthly optimisation/update based on parent input, academic changes, or school curriculum

2. Subscription and Payment

  • 💳 Subscription is A$70/month (billed via Stripe or another secure provider)

  • 👩‍👧 One subscription applies per child; each additional child requires a separate subscription

  • 🌐 Parents must also maintain a ChatGPT Plus subscription (~A$30/month) directly with OpenAI to ensure reliable service

  • 🔒 Subscription includes non-transferable access to a custom AI tutor hosted on OpenAI’s platform

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • ❌ You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing portal

  • 📆 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

  • 🚫 No refunds are provided for partial months or unused service time

4. Data Use and Privacy

  • 🔐 Data you provide is used only to personalise the AI tutor

  • ⚠️ You are responsible for any content shared with the AI assistant

  • 📊 You may voluntarily share school or progress data with Voyedge Pty Ltd for monthly tuning

5. Ownership and Access

  • 🛠️ The AI assistant is configured and maintained by Voyedge Pty Ltd

  • 🏠 You receive personal access for your household only

  • 🚫 You may not modify, duplicate, or resell the assistant or its configuration

6. Disclaimers

  • 🎯 TeachRelief Coach does not guarantee specific academic outcomes

  • 🏫 It is not a registered tutoring provider or educational institution

  • 🔍 Outcomes vary based on individual factors

7. Use at Own Discretion

  • ✅ You are responsible for determining if the service is suitable for your child’s learning needs

  • ➕ This service is intended as a supplement, not a replacement for professional advice

  • 👪 Parents must ensure their child’s use of OpenAI platforms complies with OpenAI’s terms, including age restrictions

  • ⚠️ Per OpenAI policy, users must be 13 or older (or the legal minimum in their area). Children under 13 should only use the assistant with direct parental supervision

8. Limitation of Liability

Voyedge Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the service.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • ❌ Academic performance results

  • ❌ Misuse or interpretation of AI-generated responses

  • ❌ Interruptions caused by third-party services (e.g. OpenAI)

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
